Logo Animation Boards

Over a month ago I did some boards for a production company logo animation someone was looking into possibly having made. Unfortunately they didn't go through with it, but I'm still happy with some of the concepts I came up with.

Here's the first concept, pretty simple. The company wanted something that could be customizable without my assistance in the future. The best way I could think to do this would be with a keyed shape with video on top:

And here's the second concept. I was thinking of Minneapolis and the group aspect of film in an abstract sort of way:

I'm still working on several other projects, including Fang and Talon, and possibly more La Jolla's Mermaid pages, so I keeping super busy. I also got a new 3TB hard drive on sale which I am happy for, because I was really needing space. Just finished re-organizing my files for the new space, and getting ready to fill it with some new renders right now.

Timber Logo

The Timber Logo is pretty decided and the animation I was waiting on is locked down. So I'll be back to work on it now animating the curtain being first. I think I'll keep the final logo a surprise now, but here are some of the first attempts. (The white would be transparency if they weren't jpgs.)

Also I will now be working on a second children's book! Just got the text to read through now. And I know I haven't shown any stuff from La Jolla for a while. I've been super distracted with so many things going on. I'll try to remember to post an image of the mesh wireframes for the page I'm currently finishing tomorrow.

Types of Timber

More work being done for the puppet project named Timber! Here are a variety of type examples I tried out for the logo.

And a tiny bit more work on the Seahorse. I've got the form done, now have to add more info information into the model to smooth it out and make it good for rigging.

Title Logo

I think I've decided on a title logo for my short film. I still don't know how much I love "Redgirl" as a title buuuut naming things has never been a skill of mine.

Yes, I know that numbers in titles isn't always appreciated but I hope in this case it works. Also, Red 6 of hearts in real life(irl) could be a title, its just not as good sounding.

Maybe I've been thinking about this too much...
